      I bought a Victorstar 3D pen portable RP600A and I like it so much.

      Now, the pen doesn’t work. I’m affraid it’s because about the nozzle.

      I need to get a new replacement.

      Do you sell extra nozzle? How much is it?

    I have purchased18 of your 3DPEN-1 and 3 of them have broken on their first use. The tips came off and I am not able to get it back on. There was no misuse so I am confused as to why this happened.

    They were purchased through Amazon with grant funds I received for my classroom and concerned that this may be an ongoing problem. Please let me know what I do to get them replaced or fixed.
